Dr. Jacob Miller is a board-certified optometrist who received his doctoral degree from Southern California College of Optometry. He completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University in Idaho (Formerly Ricks College), and Brigham Young University, where he was on the Dean’s List at both schools. He completed his internship at the Eye Care Clinic of Fullerton in California, Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, Arizona, Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix, Arizona, and the VA Hospital in Amarillo, Texas. Dr. Miller is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arizona Optometric Association.
His special interests include diabetic eye disease, pre-and post-operative care, diagnosis and treatment of red eye, multi-focal contact lens fittings and primary eye care for all ages. Dr. Miller enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons, being outdoors, sports, reading and being involved with his church.
Dr. Miller has worked in private practice in Arizona for the last 8 years and has enjoyed building patient relationships.
