Dr. Anne Floyd is a board-certified ophthalmologist who practices comprehensive ophthalmology with a focus on a wide range of eye conditions including premium cataracts, pterygium, glaucoma, and medical retina.
Dr. Floyd graduated cum laude with distinction from the University of Arizona/Tucson with both B.S. and M.S. degrees in physiology and received her M.D. from the University of Arizona with a special Distinction in Research.
Her postgraduate training includes a fellowship in ophthalmic pathology and research at the John A. Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. She completed her ophthalmology residency training at Louisiana State University in Shreveport, where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Floyd has authored several book chapters and research publications in the field of ophthalmology. She has received multiple awards for her work and leadership roles and has been invited to speak at various international ophthalmology conferences including the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. She is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Floyd is an attending surgeon and faculty member at Maricopa Integrated Health System.
