Dr. Bennett Romanoff is a general ophthalmologist who practices medical ophthalmology. Dr. Romanoff’s areas of interest and expertise include the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye syndrome, laser treatment of glaucoma, and all facets of medical care of the eye including prescribing glasses.

Dr. Romanoff brings many years of experience and expertise to Arizona Eye Specialists. He has been in private practice his entire career. Dr. Romanoff was a clinical assistant professor at the University of Toledo College of Medicine for 42 years. He has held many leadership positions in his hometown of Toledo, Ohio, including serving as president of the Academy of Medicine of Toledo and Lucas County. He held the position of Chief of Ophthalmology at Promedica Flower Hospital from 1999-2023.

He received his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine, completed his internship in internal medicine at Mt. Sinai of Cleveland, OH, and his residency at the University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Romanoff is a lifetime Diplomate of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and is a member of the American Medical Association. In his spare time, Dr. Romanoff loves hiking, mountain trekking, travel, photography, swimming, and being with his family in Phoenix.
